8. Gantt Chart

To do an Gantt chart I have used program from officetimenline.com. 

First step is to choose a template of our chart. There are many options, depending on whether we have a paid program or a free version, or which aspect is most important to highlight.

Next step is to provide tasks. For that you need to klick Add Task to create new line where we write name of the task, data from when it start and end date. Addictionaly we can add the percentage of the task what is done.

We can also add swimline. It help you to group your task into phase. Chart look more clean and visible for others.

After entering all the data, the finished project will pop up. In addition, we can edit its elements such as: thickness, font, color.
