24. Case study (Method)

Rashid's article is based on 4 core points: 
  • initial screening of wheelchair users, 
  • system design and implementation, 
  • system testing and evaluation,  
  • development of interactive interfaces. 

This method is based on the Design Thinking methodology described by me, on defining the needs of a given social group and developing a solution to these problems.

To sum up, the research methodology in this case is an interdisciplinary approach that combines user research, interaction design and IoT technologies (RFID, AR) to improve the accessibility and independence of people with physical disabilities.
